Each year, The Salvation Army designates a day in the month of September as the International Day of Prayer for Victims of Human Trafficking. The Salvation Army’s International Headquarters invites anyone affiliated with The Salvation Army to spend time in prayer specifically for those who have been victimized by Human Trafficking. This year’s theme is “We Will Not Be Silent” and will take place on Sunday, September 27th. Posters, handouts, and other resources, including a social media campaign, are available on IHQ’s website. Consider hosting or organizing a time of prayer during or after the Sunday service at your Corps to prayerfully support those who are victims of Human Trafficking.
